Pool Testing Schedule

Our pool will be opening May 23, 2026. 

We are asking for volunteers to test the pool water.  The procedure is the same as last year.  There is a sign-up sheet and testing logs to record your test results on the stand outside the restrooms (where the testing chemicals are stored).  PLEASE NOTE:  We are being asked to enter the clubhouse through the BACK DOOR (which means you will need to enter by way of the pool).

Residents are responsible for testing the pool water three times a day and recording the results for the chlorine and pH in the log.  If you are unable to test on a given day when you are scheduled, please be sure to contact a neighbor and ask them to cover for you.  With the community fully built and occupied we should have no trouble filling the schedule if every condo planning to use the pool signs up for a week.  The procedure is simple, quick, and the self-testing saves the COA money.  Instructions are in a binder in the clubhouse and also posted on the website.  If you need a demonstration of the testing procedure, contact Laura.  For schedule conflicts, call Laura or one of the alternates on the schedule above.  

Please make sure all doors and gates are locked and lights are turned off when you are finished testing. Also, when it is your turn to test, please check and empty the garbage cans in the kitchen and especially the bathrooms.  Kindly take the trash removed and place it out for pickup with your unit's weekly trash.  Thanks!!
