Clubhouse reservation schedule

Here is a reservation calendar for the clubhouse.  Private events are blocked off in red; community-wide events will be in yellow; major parties in turquoise, meetings in green; outside events in purple.  Although it is not the "official" reservation list, this page will be updated whenever I receive new information.  The procedure for reserving the clubhouse remains unchanged.  You must contact Ryan Lynch at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices at 724-733-7100  or ryanlynch@theppmc.com  to reserve the date and send them the $100.00 refundable deposit and $60 rental fee (two separate checks) for each day you are reserving the clubhouse.  Please remember to leave the clubhouse in the same or better condition than you found it.
